    I purchased Casper Glow lights for my daughter August 2020, she has indicated that the charger is no longer working. She checking the outlet and checked the other charger and it's the charger that's not working anymore. I contacted customer service and was asked to send a photo with the two pins showing...the first photo ******* claimed she could not ******* asked for me to send as a jped...I did as instructed and received an email telling me that she still could not see it...it literally took up the whole page...(are you kidding) I definitely asked that. She at that time told me to request a replacement. When I first had contact with her that was my only question "how do I get a replacement" one of the other three reps I spoke to indicated that "******" rep ** would be putting a claim in....whatever happened with the claim....I just want to get a replacement for the glow light charger nothing else.

    i bought a casper adjustable base for my mattress. when i moved the base a support leg broke off during the warranty period. it has 2 months and a replacement has not been sent to me. i have reached out several times by email to casper and their replacement supplier. i still have not gotten any response as to when my claim will be approved and a replacement sent.
