    I was in the only turn lane to get on the freeway when a junk king ***** cut me off. There was not room for him to get over but he did it anyways. Luckily I was paying attention and yes I did honk at him. He just looked at me and laughed. He did it again on the freeway after I switched lanes. It seems like he saw me switch lanes, waited and then cut me off again. There was no license plate, so I took pictures of the side of the *****. I also called junk king to report it, but the man on the phone didn't take any information down, but said sorry and hung up. The ***** number is JK4 ***** ******* CA # ******

    On July 25th, I called the San Diego **** King ****** at ************. A woman answered and explained to me how it worked. She asked if I had any questions. I said yes. I reported that I had a washer and dryer to be picked up among other things and asked if they would unhook it for me. She said yes. I then agreed to be put through to scheduling. When they came the following day. I showed them everything and agreed to a price of $340. I signed an agreement that said nothing about washer dryer hookups and they proceeded to load the truck. About a third of the way through one of the gentleman told me they couldnt take the washer and dryer because it was still hooked up. I explained that I was told that they could unhook it. After going through it with them (they were very polite) they called their manager who told me the liability was too great. I explained again that I would not have gone with their company if I had known this. I said I would sign a waiver. The manager then talked to the workers. I was told that if I signed a waiver statement and paid extra they would do it. I ended up paying $428. The workers who were very polite and apologetic did the work including unhooking and removing my washer and dryer. I feel like this was a bait and switch and I should not have had to pay extra. I would like to be refunded the extra cost.
