    To whom it may concern,

I have received the official complaint letter today regarding ID#********.  The tenant who filed the complaint has had a storage unit A109 with ** since 3/9/2020.  On 8/12/22 he added another unit A155 and added a friend to the access list.  The last payment for A109  was on 11/21/22 in the amount of $50.00 and the last payment for A155 was on 11/8/22 in the amount of $100.00 and he was the person paying for A155.  We have continuously called and left emails following up for payment for both units.  The tenant has called in as well asking for the balance and at some point no longer wanted to pay for the new unit and said it wasnt his it was for someone else and that he can no longer find them.  I explained he signed the contract it is in his name so he is responsible but he can vacate the unit or relinquish the unit and we can drop it with him not having debt for that particular unit A155.  The contract is month to month which is the 30 days the tenant is speaking of.  After 30 days if you no longer need/want the  unit tenants can vacate without owing future rent.  This was not done.  Im not sure why he decided to stop paying for his original unit A109.  Several emails/phone calls were sent regarding the status and initially he said he would make a payment and the further the accounts went behind it turned into threats and legal battle and that he was not going to pay.  Im not sure what the tenant would *** for as they are his units and the failure to pay falls on him.  On the complaint letter it says he would like refund or paid equal loss to storage goods.  His units are still here, untouched and can be paid at any time.  Ive given far more time and tried to be accommodating during the lien process.  As of today 3/24/23 he can still pay his units and vacate his items they were not sold.

    Thank you,
