    11/22/22 $15,000 - Ive been asking for a refund since the course began.I enrolled in Springboard because they advertise that 94% of their students get placed as a UX designer. The very first week I had issues with my coach and the courses I was trying to access. I my over 50 complaints began week one. I was bushed to continue the course through having COVID twice, the flu and having a severe mental health crisis that were all documented and sent to Springboard. I also included and every single course that I took the difficulty of not being able to access information as well as not getting the help that they said that I would be able to receive if I scheduled a call. Out of the six coach calls that I had only two showed up when I needed help. I have been asking for a refund for seven months now and every time they asked me to provide documentation for what I want they continuously tell me that they cannot refund me anything. I would like a 100% full refund from Springboard as I went back to retail because of their inability to ***** me access to free coaching and my academic advisors misleading me.
