I originally ordered parts from this company on April 2nd.I attempted to make contact with them through their "contact us" section on their website numerous times. I made an online purchase on 3/4/20204 (Order #******) and never received the item. Their web site says that they will ship items within 1-3 days. I sent several emails requesting tracking information with no response. I then sent an email requesting that the ordered be canceled and a refund issue, still no response. I placed an order on December 29, 2023 (almost 3 weeks ago) for over $370. I received a confirmation email that the order was received and the money came out of my bank account. However, I never received a shipping notification, yet their FAQ on their website says orders are shipped within 3 business days.A week ago, I reached out to them using their contact form on their website, but received no response. I checked the order status on the website again today and my order still has not shipped. I've received no communication from them since Dec 30, which was their (I assume automated) "welcome to the family" email. Seeing very similar complaints about this company. On 12/26/2023 I ordered 3 parts from modulus arms it said the items I ordered were in stock and on their website it says items ship within 3 days its now 01/16/2024 and I still havent received my order it states on there website that my order is still waiting for fulfillment Ive emailed them several times with no response very disappointed it wouldnt be so bad if they just replied to my emails or better reached out and explained to me whats going on with my order and If they cant fulfill my order they couldve said sorry and refund me instead of stealing my moneyInitial Complaint

I made a purchase with this company for some replacement parts on 12-20-23, which showed available at that time. I received a confirmation email of purchase and "awaiting fulfillment". I have checked the status of my order on their website numerous times over the course of 3 weeks, still "awaiting fulfillment".I have sent numerous emails and messages to be updated on the status, with no reply and only to find out that sometime between the time of purchase and 1-8-24, their website has been updated to reflect just about everything, including the parts I ordered, are not in stock.I have sent messages requesting a refund, with no reply. Their address is also shown different on their website than what is listed here on the BBB:Modulus Arms *********************************************** Their website payment platform is through Authorize.net, who I have also contacted, and they were of no assistance informing me to contact the vendor for a refund.Someone is obviously monitoring the website by updating it, and is receiving monies for orders which they now can't or won't fulfill, and is now trying to cover themselves by showing most parts, if not everything is out of stock as of the first of the year 2024.I'm incredibly disappointed, considering they were a company that put out top of the line products. I ordered a product from them for $37.98. They were quick to email me when I was inquiring about buying something from them and I bought my item on December 11th, 2023. They emailed me on Dec. 28 2023 saying the product has been shipped, despite their website saying there would be a 1 week shipping wait. To this day, January 4th, ****, the tracking number says that the product has yet to be picked up by the **** and they are not responding to my emails whatsoever. Ive had to email them and tell them if I dont get my product or a refund I will report them to the *** for fraud. I wait to see what theyre going to do. I purchased an 80% lower from Modulus Arms Oct 30th. They gladly took my money - however no product has been received, nor has any response to my 6 emails, 5 ******** messages, or any of my attempts to get their response as-to the status of my order.It is very evident that either:1) This is a scam 2) This is a company that doesn't deserve my money
