    I began with this program at the beginning of 2022, it was explains to me it was a 24 month student loan forgiveness program, things were moving along and I thought I was in good hands with **** we kept in touch and always spoke about updates and next steps. Then came the middle of 2023 when the ***** administration announced the student loan forgiveness idea I spoke with **** she assured me things were still on track then again I was ok with how things were being handled then I started to get emails so I tried contacting **** for the next 6 month leaving voicemails never a return call from her but now all of a sudden a women named ***** gives me a call about recertification which was a red flag for me because **** explained this to be a 24 month program. As soon as ***** began speaking it was all new information as if everything **** spoke to me had been a lie, when I questioned ***** she begin saying how shes worked for the company for 10 years and how they pay off the BBB and she is the highest management in the company so I asked to speak to corporate or someone over her and she was still trying to talk over me so I asked for **** she first stated **** has been there 5 years and then she stated **** was at lunch she went on to say some things like she was in charge then when I wanted to speak to **** about my account ***** stated she closed it since she was the manager which made me more suspicious so I asked was this a scam once the word scam was mentioned she became irate and hung up the phone in my face, I am seeking a refund and for this company to be investigated because this has just became a nightmare.

    Hello ********. We are sorry about the confusion and any bad experience. After review it looks like Initial services to assist your enrollment into program was complete March 11, 2022. We have been assisting you with your annual recertification since then. It looks like we did not receive any voicemails from your calls, until this month on the 17th about an automated email we had sent out to you in regards to assisting you with this years recertification for the program. Its seems that you were surprised and unaware that we were offering to assist you with recertification again this year, and our representative tried to explain and go over the services and terms to with you, but call got disconnected. Once we we reconnected, we offered to continue with our service for you at no additional costs and wanted to walk you through the client service agreement that you signed in January of 2022 where all the terms and conditions are as well for your reference. We will issue a refund and cancel your services per your request and refund will be issued back onto your debit card. Keep in mind that services may be reversed to original state if you do not maintain your annual recertification. If you have any more questions or would like to reconsider, feel free to contact customer service at ************ within 10 business days. Again, we are sorry for any confusion or misunderstanding. And as always, we are here to help :)

    Document assist said they would arrange parent plus loan repayment. I have been keeping payments. I need to speak to them. I call and my phone messages are not being returned. They want payment but I have a new debit card. No one will return my calls. They call me and message me, daily. And when I try to call back,no one answers my call.
