    My daughter told me that a company called Processing Assist called her helping her with loan forgiveness. I called them and spoke with ****** *****. He got me set up for a payment plan of $241 a month starting May 13th of 2024. My daughter called me January of 2025 and said this company has scammed her and to cancel your account immediately. The *********************** told her to dispute it with the bank. I was too upset to speak with the scammers I went to my bank. They proceeded to open an investigation in regard to me getting a refund. But after two months it was closed. The bank said that I agreed to them going into my account. Of course I did at first! I didnt know I was being scammed!!! I demand to have all the nine months of $241 refunded. The total being $2169.00.

    It is very unfortunate that after being a client for almost a year, clients decide to leave these type of comments even though everything was completed on their behalf as agreed. We'd like to state that these allegations, of our company being a scam, are completely baseless and have no merit. We are a California corporation that has been in business since 2019 with thousands of very satisfied clients and almost a perfect track record. This is the 2nd BBB complaint that we have ever received, and we continue maintaining an almost perfect 4.9 Star Rating on ******. That said, as per our agreement this client doesn't qualify for a refund, although we'd be happy to accommodate some sort of mutually satisfiable compromise.
