      Scam!!!! Do not come here. I was looking at a ****** Brz which online was listed as around *****k. They tried to charged me about 26k for the car out the door. I told them I didnt want to finance and if they can remove these fees and still try to expect me to about 25k by saying we need to put actual price. You listed as an amount you should honor it not upcharge. I was going to pay upfront full in cash but they would not allow it. I was not going to pay almost 8k more for the vehicle besides that the vehicle had broken area near the tires and scratch which didnt even bother mentioning. First time visiting they tried to hold me hostage and would not let me leave. I would not recommend coming here they are unprofessional, not helpful at all, try to up charge and add these dumb fees

      I bought a car from this place in May 2024, so far my car has had numerous amount of problems causing me to pay a lot of money. Now my car is going through so many problems that this car dealership did not make me aware. I need to be paid for my time, these problems that Im paying for, as well as a lot more!! I need to speak to a manager and get accommodated for all these problems! Do the managers help? No. They try and sell these cars to you, thinking about strictly them and now the conditions of the cars! Im highly upset and dont think this is a place you should buy cars from!

      While the Sales people were courteous and helpful during the purchase, the series of issues I have faced since then has been highly distressing. Further, during the sales process they told me several things contrary to the paperwork they requested I sign. For example, I needed to purchase a service agreement for them to finance. However, at the bottom of the service contract, it stated ******************** Agreement is not required in order to purchase or obtain financing for a mother vehicle."The car I purchased broke down on August 28, 2024, just eight days after the purchase. It had to be towed on September 3, 2024, and remained out of commission until October 14, 2024, when it was finally repaired. During this time, I was without a car for nearly two months, leaving me with significant challenges, as I rely on my vehicle for work. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email and phone, many of my communications were ignored, adding to the frustration.Upon receiving the car back, I discovered that it still had issuesspecifically, a faulty electrical system that caused the doors to fail to lock. This problem left me no choice but to pay $594.47 out of pocket for repairs, as I could not afford to wait any longer for further assistance due to the added expense of a rental car.

      I bought a car from there they said that they would correct the problems the next day. the problems were unsafe tires and sealant around the upper third brake light, Went back the next day waited for about 9 hours and they did not correct any issues with the car. They are a bait and switch dealer.

      Car I purchased had serious mechanical issues and dealer cant provide any service records prior to sale. Refused to fix the car, and refused to allow a return. They changed the price of my trade-in which was verbally agreed upon, and added an unwanted tracking device and charged me for that too, then refused to correct both on the sales paperwork. Wont return calls. Probably the worst experience Ive ever had purchasing a car, and the worst dealership Ive ever dealt with.

      Dealer will not return phone calls regarding update on vehicle status. Car was left for service for 3 days. I called from 9am to 5pm several times speaking to multiple people just to be shuffled around with false claims to call back regarding car. I spoke to ****, ******, ******, ******** and three other people who didnt give their names. Still no resolution as to update on vehicle or status of repairs being done.

      DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!Check engine light shortly after leaving dealership. Called and was told it must have been something i have done to the car. They cleared codes on this car to not display the *** and sell this car. I have never dealt with a less professional dealership. 0 stars should be possible for business like this.

      Such a bad place to buy a car. They are nothing but bullcrappers. They sold me a car that I found roaches in and they damaged my rim when they changed the flat tire the car got while in their parking lot. The seat belt was broken and the alarm didnt work, theres this electrical issue in the dash board and it glitches, I cant see the miles or my gas percentage. I took it in at 9am picked it up at 5pm and they did such a bad job at detailing it. Im pretty sure it did nothing for the ***** I saw in their. Left cribs from the previous owner. The seat belt still hadnt been replaced. I was told I have to take the car back in another week and a half. The car was there for 8 hours and they did absolutely nothing to it. The dash is still having issues. I argued with ******* about the car and she was just so full of it. Saying they detailed the car and according to her it looked great. She knew that they did a bad job but thats how used car dealerships like this are. I wish I would have listed to my dad and waited to get a car at a better place. Im sure others had a good expirience but mine was not/has not been good at all. I put $10,000 down on this car and my interest rate is still thru the roof. Please do your research before purchasing your car here. My red flag at this place was when they asked to hold something of value when I went to the bank to get a cashiers check. That was so weird and desperate that I should have seen the sign, but I was so excited to be getting the car and I had already been there for 3 1/2 hours I was not thinking straight.
