    I have two gift cards that I retained over the holidays totaling $55 for Jiffy Lube which states that I can use it at any Jiffy Lube when I went to the Jiffy **** and **************************** I was told that they did accept them when I came back I tried to use my gift cards the employer there I'm sorry play there very nice guy tried to several times but didn't know how to do it I spent over 45 minutes of my time calling the ***** Jiffy Lube number on the card and was told that both cards were active the employee then decided to call the district manager I think his name is ***** and he was on speakerphone he was not very polite pretty much told the guy that we're not taking the cards so I had to pay for the thing even though I couldn't use my gift cards no now I'm stuck with $55 with the gift cards that I don't want to go to a Jiffy Lube anymore I was treated so horribly by him and I haven't gotten a resolution to this at all I want my money back also they didn't change the sticker on the car what you're supposed to you know change the sticker put the new mileage nothing was vacuumed I mean the service **** there
