    This company was unprofessional.. this company was sent to fix two plumbing problems from my warranty company they fixed nothing they did a very limited Quick Look without even touching or researching what the problem is their report was a guess since they did no inspection today I have hired another reputable company to come out and get involved at my expense. They definitely do not go the extra mile to help in fact I feel they took advantage of a senior, took the money and did nothing I would not recommend this company to anyone! Rude, unprofessional and unknowable! I wouldnt even give them one star if I didnt have to in order to submit this!

    Wish I could give them a 0 Star. Their tech came to our home on Aug 9th and said they will contact me in 3-5 days after getting approval from ********************** When I had no response for 10 days I called Home warranty and they said that service request was never submitted by this vendor. **************** called them while I was on hold & said I will get a call back from vendor the same day. Never got a call. Called them and got sent to voicemail. Called home warranty again the next day and was told that they finally submitted the report and that I should call Plumbing Buddy & Rooter to schedule appointment. Called this company again and was told that I need to call the water heater company and order the part directly since it was still under warranty. I took them 2 weeks to tell me to fix water heater as a DIY project, after they had collected money from Home warranty company. NEVER USE THESE GUYS

    If I could give it 0 starts I would. Blatantly lied to my face, told the my warranty company opposite of what they had told me. Our water heater was leaking gas and couldve killed us. 3 times they came out and stated nothing was wrong. Someone needs to shut these people down or someones going to end up dead from their negligence!!!!
