      The business has an expired license shown for review. On 12/11/23 ***************************** began working on my car, replacing my windshield. After the ne windshield was put on my car, I noticed damage to the perimeter of the window frame which was not there before. ***************************** is other operating a business that is osha compliant from what I can tell.

      On 12/11/2023 client ******* presented for a windshield replacement service on a 2013 Chrysler 200 picture was taken prior to beginning service due to damage noticed (please see attachments). Once windshield was replaced ******* signed and paid as satisfied with serviced. About a week later she came back and stated she now just noticed damage on cowl hood of windshield and that we had placed tape to cover how ever no tape is placed on bottom of windshield, tape is only placed on top portion to keep windshield in place for 24 hours while urethane dries. Even though we knew damage was not done by Lopez auto glass we offered client to replace part for a used part and would try to find best non damaged part and explained that most cars of same Molde have that problem. Client agreed how ever she was very upset and insisted that picture that we showed her was not her car, client called husband who we believe is Mr. ************************* and put him on speaker and husband started disrespecting ***** and questioning about non work, non-service-related questions. Threaten *************************** that he was going to show up to shop and he better have proof of working status because he was sure he was an illegal immigrant working on his car at that point the replacement of previous stated part was almost done. Client was asked to please step away and wait in designated area. Clients husband stated he was going to give bad reviews and call BBB.  

      ********************************* #***** was current, however had not received by mail attached new posted copy.

      Can you please advice of what need to be address to resolve this issue.
