    I've never been treated so rudely as a customer at a **********************. As a former Store Manager and Supervisor I know that there is a way to talk to and treat customers. It doesn't matter what you going through, or experiencing at home, staff shortage, call ins, or anything else. I was so livid at the way the African American Closing Manager at the above aforementioned location that I forgot to get her name. *1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience*I recently visited Safeway at [*********************************************************************** ] at approximately 10:57 pm and encountered some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, the Manager's unprofessional behavior, rudeness, and disrespect made my visit utterly unacceptable.From the moment I walked in, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency. She seemed completely disinterested in assisting me, and when I asked a question, I was met with a dismissive tone and a roll of the eyes. I informed her that I was completing a Doordash order which she responded "Hurry up!"The issues only escalated from there. Despite my polite and patient demeanor, I was spoken to in a condescending manner, and my concerns were dismissed without any meaningful resolution. Upon completion of having a store associate assist me locating the only item shopped for, she said that, All the registers were closed. So you didn't keep a register opened knowing that I was only grabbing 1 item? Her response with an attitude was , I'm trying to be Nice! I also informed her that you don't treat customers that way. And that I write reviews for ******, Yelp Business, and I mystery shop. She asked me if I was threatening her. I said No, just stating facts. But I am calling the **************** which she responded and I quote, "I Don't Care!" I said really? She said... that's what I Said!" I said Wow! You really should find another line of work. I wouldn't want you representing my business.
