    I paid ******** and ****** $650 to prepare **** after my divorce to split the 401k. I have contacted her for 9 months and the **** has yet to be completed. ******** and ****** refuse to answer calls and emails and office has been closed every time I have taken off work to go speak in person. I have copies of emails from December 2022 through August 2023 documenting all communications.

    April 21 2021 paid for divorce filing services $1250 from the paralegal. She was to then serve my ex and file any documents necessary, I did not hear from her for months, constantly being told things are being filed with no proof of filing. I have made numerous attempts to collect my documents to no avail. I have been told numerous times via email and text by the owner that proof of service I paid for would be provided and it has not yet been. My calls, emails and texts go unanswered. All doculink files have been removed from my view. I have emails, texts and phone records.

    If the intent of her business is to not finish the job hired for, Id like a refund.
