    It first started March 9th, sunday i had booked an appointment over the phone with the owner named **** *****, over the phone i stated that i needed service for 4pm, he confirmed it, he then asked me to zelle him and send my pickup/drop off plus the date and time to which i put again 4pm, he came at 9am after i had been up in the ** all morning stating that he never agreed to 4pm (i have evidence of him agreeing to 4pm and said if they left i wont be able to get my $100 deposit back, so i had to rush to pack the rest of my things, they take apart my bed and vanity, and they charged for 9pm - 12pm even though they didnt service me till 10 due to the mixup we had, upon drop off i found my vanity to be broken, even though it was not broken before the owner is now claiming they didnt break it even though they were the last people to touch it, and is refusing to compensate me for my damaged vanity that THEY broke, this whole entire experience was very traumatic and draining, the owner also yelled at me over the phone calling me a liar stating we never agreed to 4pm again i have evidence that we did. i have more evidence but its not letting me fit everything, can you contact me so i can share all the evidence please

    Hello, yes there was a dispute over a vanity. She claims it was broken but it is not broken it just was not screwed in properly which was 100% on us and I offered to come out and properly put it on the right way and she refuses. As far as the shelves I asked her to please send me pictures or I can come out and take a look and she claims she threw them away. I offered to replace the shelves if that was the case and she does not want that either. She wants me to replace the whole vanity which goes against our policy. I am still open to coming and putting the vanity back together the correct way as it is only not set properly it is not broken.
