      Pruden Roofing installed a new roof on July 25 , 2019. In 2021 roof leaked the came and inspected the leak, but did not repair it. I attempted to call them many times, however no response from the Pruden Company.My roof leaked again January 2023, I was able to contact a rep ***** Pruden. She sent a copy of my warranty with *********************** and filed a claim #***-93957. I left a message on Pruden phone and received a call from *********************** said he would come on Wednesday Feb 1, 2023 at 10:00 am, but failed to make appointment. Repeated phone calls and 1 e-mail to Pruden Roofing Company resulted in no response. It is a pattern with this company to be non-responsive.. I would like this to fix my roof and honor their contract.

      The current warranty process is in the manufactures hands, not ours. Our warranty has run its course and the remainder is the manufacturer. We have no control on their process.

      I am rejecting this response because: Part  1: It is under warranty by ***** Corning for shingles , ridges and underlayment. It is the review process. 

      Part 2: But could be rejected if Prudent Roofing did not install roofing correctly. Therefore, if Prudent Roofing is responsable for repairs.
