    **** ********** (complainant) is a Window and Door Dealer that had an account with us as The Cabinet Guy AZ.  He has not paid his invoices that are owed to us, therefore he has no warranty.  He continues to ignore our credit department's attempts to receive payment on a large outstanding balance.  WE will be turning his account over to a Collection Agency.  This is a frivolous complaint by a business owner that does not pay his accounts.

    I am rejecting this response because: IWC windows is paid in full verifiable by checks that match invoice amounts. These windows are garbage. The seals are bad they theyve cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in delays wrong products shipping incomplete broken and this complaint is 100% verifiable and justifiable and nothing is owed on this project and they are in breach of contract by not warranty products that are paid for in full to the consumer

    This complaint was sent to ***** ********, I do not know who that is.  There will be no additional responses to **** ************ complaint as we will be seeking legal action against him to be paid monies owed.
