    Ordered a scooter 2yrs ago and was promise would have in a year. Still dont have called and emailed i dont know how many times and all i got was promise delivery dates that never happened. all i want is my scooter or money back thank you.

    I purchased an **** dollar scooter from rion motors in January 2021. There have been multiple delays, unanswered emails, and changes in my order (such that the scooter now promised to be delivered to me is not the one I ordered, but a completely different scooter....changed twice now). This year they have repeatedly said they are assembling my scooter, and I should have it soon. Now they don't answer my emails at all. They will say they have a no refund policy....but the pendind delivery is not the product I ordered! And, I honestly think they are lying to me constantly.

    I sent them back an electric scooter because the frame cracked within a year. They stated that it was not covered under warranty. They explained that they would find a solution at a cheaper cost than $2,000 dollars.They have held my scooter for the past two years through the pandemic. After many emails, they now state that the owner Gal, is no longer with the company via email to me. They will not get on the phone with me. I have asked them to return my broken scooter back to me, but now they state they are a new company. They are requesting me to VENMO cash for $400 for diagnosing the broken frame issue. Along with me paying for the shipping costs to return the scooter to me.They clearly made up a $400 diagnostic fee. They refuse to send me any invoice for the $400. And they want me to send them CASH, stating they don't take credit cards.They refuse to send me the scooter unless I pay $400. I don't even know who it is I'm speaking to because they don't sign the emails.I just want my broken scooter returned to me. The scooter is valued at $5,000.Please help me get my scooter back.

    After more then 2 years and counting, they still have not delivered the scooter to me. I am still making payments on this product and have not received so much as reasonable communication from this company. I have no idea what the status is of my order, and I have no idea what is going on. This is horrible and it is the worst experience because Im still making payments. I am filing a lawsuit. I strongly suggest that you stay far away from this company.

    I ordered a Rion Scooter on 12/17/2020.I paid $5,227.50 and then paid for an upgrade on 1/5/21 for $1,202.73.Total is $6,430.23 I still haven't received my Scooter after numerous attempts at trying to get my money back. My credit card issuer says it's been too long to file a refund claim.

    RE60S Electric scooter was ordered September 9, 2020 with website description as product being delivered in 90 to 100 days. I had several emails back and forth with ************* for questions about the scooter. There was no discussion of delayed deliver when ordered. I have since sent inquiry emails monthly (over 30) to find the status of delivery. COVID adversely affected their business and delivery slowed down. On March 4, 2021************ promised delivery in "30 days max". It is now almost 6 months past that promise. I have all emails available for review.

    I purchased an electric scooter from Rion Motors inc. on 10/11/21 for $8,800. The only way to pay online was through a company called Affirm. I used them to set up a loan payment interest free and with six payments. The Rion motor website www.rionmotors.com said at the time the scooter would take up to 150 days to build and deliver. So I set up the auto pay loan with Affirm and made a of the six payments monthly of $1,466.67 starting on 11/12/21 through 4/12/22 every month on the 12th. I reached out to them several times and asked them when the product would ship and always get the run around and no real answers. I have recently asked for a refund as we are going on twice the amount of time they claimed it would take and they said they will not refund me as every order is made to order. Rion Motors told me to reach out to Affirm for the refund and Affirm is telling me to reach out to Rion Motors. So Neither is willing to refund me or give me the product they charged me for.

    Hello, we explained our situation to ************ and told him it will not be much longer as our production line is stabilized, Seeing as he would like a refund the only way to grant him that would be for us to try and sell his scooter. If that is not the case, Then we will try to get the scooter out for him ASAP!

    I need a date that I will have the Scooter by. As soon as possible is not acceptable, as I was already told I would have it as soon as possible and here we are almost a year later. I need a date I will have the scooter by or a date I will have the refund by. This wasn't a preorder and I only agreed to the purchase with the terms of the 150 lead time they had on their web site.
