  We recently worked with Atlas Builders on a custom cantilever overhang project at our home, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the team demonstrated true craftsmanship, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to bringing our vision to life.The overhang they built not only looks stunningit completely transformed the outdoor space into a beautiful, functional area that our family now enjoys every day.   When searching for a contractor for our rather huge job, honesty and trust is priority. And Atlas ********************************************** delivered. Our project involved building a retaining wall that runs 150ft along the back of our property. What was so challenging was the design, planning and execution of a retaining wall on a very steep slope in the hills of Mt. **********, northeast of downtown L.A.The scope of work was overwhelming but we felt confident hiring ***** ****** as our contractor. His knowledge and advice on how best to execute this project and not go over budget was reassuring to us. An extra bonus was the fact that his wife is a licensed architect who has great vision. Having two sets of eyes from the beginning of our project made sure the whole process went smoothly and efficiently.***** communicated with us clearly and thoroughly every step of the way. My husband and I are so happy with the results. We will be working with Atlas ***************************************** on future projects and have already recommended this company to several neighbors and friends.

  My wife and I hired ***** (General Contractor) and his wife (Architect) to renovate out basement room into a recreation room with a bathroom in our house in **********. The project finished 2 months ago and we are so happy with how it turned out! ***** was wonderful to work with from providing a clear and honest assessment of the project scope and cost during our first meeting all the way through completing the finishing details at the end. We will absolutely work with him again for our future projects and are lucky we found him for this one.*****'s wife, *****, was also a great resource helping us design the space and create/submit the plans.

  Atlas Builders and Development elevated my backyard renovation project from satisfactory to superb.Upon nearing the completion of a pool installation with a different company, we began looking for contractors to turn our ground level patio into a deck. We were sure we wanted Trex decking, and Atlas Builders and Development appeared early in our search as a highly rated Trex vendor.From the very first meeting, ****** commitment to excellence on our project was obvious. He arrived on time to our scheduled meeting, and he took time to visualize the space for the deck project.As we described our vision for the deck, ***** listened intently and answered our numerous questions patiently and knowledgeably. The expertise he revealed in that initial conversation gave us immediate confidence in the project - so much so that we wasted no time in expanding our backyard renovation with Atlas Builders and Development to include additional landscaping around the pool area.After our initial planning meeting, ***** provided an estimate without delay and was responsive to all our follow up questions.The construction process was efficient and enjoyable. ***** visited the job site each day to check on the quality and progress of the work, and he made sure that we were comfortable with the design as it came into focus. ***** was impressively accommodating to our requests for small changes, and the finished product exceeded our expectations.Atlas Builders and Development made our backyard renovation stress free by communicating clearly and thoroughly, and we couldnt be happier with the results of what felt like a true partnership in the design and building process.We have already recommended Atlas Builders and Design to others who have also experienced the polish and professionalism of ***** and his team; and we will most assuredly be working with Atlas Builders and Development on future projects.
