    Smoothie prices on the menu are different from what they charge. Different sized smoothies do not have prices listed. When I asked about the 50% extra difference I was charged, from the price in the menu, the manager stated prices are subject to change. Trying to clarify the different price of there drink sizes, I was told "we can charge you anything we want."

    Hello, I am the owner of Royalty Juice bar and this is the first time in years we've ever seen a complaint about our menu or prices.

    On September 30th near our closing time customer came in as a first timer. This is a family owned business and our customers are regulars and we know all our customers so this customer I remember very well as he was new.

    We greeted him, went through the menu with him answered all questions, and explained our prices and how with product not being available " prices may subject to change " is written on the board as He asked us why it was there and I answered that the prices can change due to shortage and price we get product for.

    Customer is stating that our smoothie prices are written incorrectly on the board and stating he was charged 50 % difference than price on menu! We took our time and patience and explained to the customer that all prices on the smoothie board are for a 16 oz size and he asked what is the price for a 24 oz and was told the price. He has a choice of purchasing a size and he choose the 24 oz and was charged 12.99 for his smoothie black Malik ! Customer kept going at it and asking about the prices for each smoothie on the board why it's that price why is this more expensive than the other and so forth. I was very patient and so was my husband after making his smoothie and handing it to him for him to pay again he continued and "he was not told we can charge you what we want " instead my husband said kindly " we have the right to refuse service " and showed him the sign and at this point he apologized and said " I'm sorry for being a nag but the other size prices are not written " once again I kindly responded and told him we only have the 16 oz prices on the board and when purchasing a size up we tel you the price before you decide to purchase the size and normally the 24 oz is $2-$3 difference and the 32 oz is a $4-$6 dollar difference.

    He paid for his smoothie and said its delicious and said thank you and we said thank you as well and he left. We have great customer service and was very patient with him; things could have been different but we still provided our service to him !

    Enclosed you will find attached a copy of our menu board , his receipt from the day , along with the prices for the smoothie that he purchased and you can see he is giving false information of having a product increase in difference of 50% someone not sane would be purchasing in that price difference I myself wouldn't have done it . His statements just don't make any sense we wouldn't be in business if this was true.
