    I signed a contract with them in April 2024, so nearly a year ago. I bought the Premium package for $999. I paid and signed the forms and contract with them. This package included a guaranteed ROI in 6-8 months. I have correspondence saying the project would take less than a month when I asked for a timeline before signing and paying. Package includes publication on ******, Kindle, Kobo, Good reads, ************************* and Ingramspark, a video trailer, social media setup, 2 press releases, a website, and other things. Nearly a year later, I have my book published on ****** only and the website is up, which I don't have access to and they won't provide me access to. The website has my book and personal information and I have no access to it. They are not responding to my messages. I can't reach anyone through text, email, or calls.

    I ordered July 11, received August 7. I paid $140 for a hard cover linen custom journal book with a gold imprint. It was two weeks late. When received it's not hard bound, not linen, and definitely not gold!It's shiny and perfect bound. Not anything like we discussed. I've written and text the contact too, they claimed it was a mistake.They said they'd make it right...they were going to reprint and early October I was supposed to have a new book. It never came and now they're ghosting me. No response to email directly to the contact I had, no response to text and no response to general email to company. I should have known better. On the website they have an actual button that says COMPLAINTS.I really wanted the new book like I ordered it was for my husband's birthday. A design I created for him, now I just want my money back. This company is devious. I'm so mad.
