    I contracted Kepler digital to help build my website and marketing. The contract started August 24th 2024. The company completed my website; however, they did not uphold the three months of work for the digital marketing. The company went silent. They reached back out in January and said there was issues in the business. They promised to deliever on the ****** advertisting that I paid. I allowed them one month to prove the service. The company went silent again after I requested the money for work on completed. The contract had a money back guarantee. The company reached back out and asked us to continue. We told them that we are going a different direction. They are now not releasing our domain information unless we pay 700 dollars. This company was found on ********

    Hello,I am filing a complaint because this business, Kepler Digital, scammed my non profit organization. On May 11th 2024, I submitted a request through bark looking for social media services that could assist us with a recruitment strategy, through social media marketing services etc. After communicating with several, I decided to hire Kepler Digital. I was in contact with *********************. We were in touch often, exchanged information of what is need for the services, but he completely disengaged after we sent the $500 money wire to his ********* account. After the payment was done on May 17th, he stopped the engagement. So, I figured, I would give him few days to work on the project that I hired him to do, and then on May 24th I texted him asking for a progress, and he responds that he was out of the office and was going to give me an update as soon as he could. But then, nothing. Then June 3rd I asked again, nothing. I called and he did not answer, and I also left a message and he did not respond. And Later that day he said in a text Im heading back to the office today, Ill share the results either by today or tomorrow So tomorrow came, Tuesday (June 4th), nothing. I sent a text and no response from him and I asked again on Wednesday (June 5th) and nothing again and as of right now June 9th, there is no response from him or updates on anything from him or anyone from the company. And also sent him several emails and he has not responded. I feel that this is so suspicious, and I did not want to wait any longer to report.

    I contacted this company about their website building and marketing services. After taking the weekend to think over the proposal I talked with someone who claimed he was the co-founder and when I told him I was not interested in using their services he replied to me with "you could've that in the first place instead of wasting my time you ***************." I went on to leave a review on ******** where I found this company to which I received a call at my office saying that "if our rating starts to drop because of your bad review I will get thousands of negative reviews on your company so nobody will buy insurance from you." I left another review right after explaining what had just happened and now this company has started using fake accounts and/or people from locations in place such as ******, where I operate in ******** only, to leave false and negative reviews which is hurting my online brand and reputation. This person has also made at least one call that I know of to one of my staff asking for an insurance quote to ask why we have bad reviews and essentially harass my staff.

    There's a delay in communication from their end. They're showing me my website getting done, I'm happy with the progress but it's just at times when I call them they have a huge waiting queue on phone. They need to put in more people on phones.
