I speak 3900 for this car I brought for the was a 2005 bmw that the air and seat belt didn't not work in and and the battery kept dying and the replaced it with a 2009 Mercedes that ive had for only 4 days now check engine light comes up with a mis fire issue and Ido t under stand whatw the going onBusiness Response

I have called on several occasions where I was screamed at and told that I was being insulting because I had questions I just found out that the car is a complete lemon every time one thing is fixed and I am keeping them in the knowing of everything that is going wrong and that I'm fixing on my own because of that supposed lack of believe that they're showing towards the things that are happening while I am able to prove and show evidence for each and every incident that experiencing with this car it is now not running as **** and every time I'm being told that it's because of ******* gas that I'm not using ******* gas but every time that ******* gas is getting put into the car ******* 91 to be exact the car is running at its worst I have taken it to be looked at by expert as well as ********-Benz technicians and they have told me that the car is failing after two weeks of having a vehicle I spent 3900 and something odd dollars my car is completely eventually going to go out and that's not an alarming rate and every time I try to contact I'm being disrespected and the car ends in him hanging up in my face screaming at me telling me that I don't know anything he has told me that he and his crew are the only ones in the world that know how to deal with ********-Benz will to my knowledge that's not true to my knowledge you're the only one who knows how to deal with this car because it you fix mine or fix the car enough to work to be sold and who cares what happens to the car in the persons life you sold it to the the lack of care Care and end energy and time for making sure the vehicle You are selling is disgusting and the complete disregard for making sure the car is safe for another human Life is sickening because I asked that you be kind and end caring enough to help a woman who came in by herself choose a car that is safe for her family and herself children included to to drive back-and-forth from the******************** to ********* and I feel very much taken advantage of and the fact that I was told do not buy used cars if I think that I deserve better than this is very much wrong because people buy used cars every day and aren't being sold the kind of car that I was being sold at this point the way that they are talking to me and disrespectfully handling the situation I would rather nothing more than to be done with dealing with them because I don't believe that I deserve to be disrespected because of their lack of care for people that aren't themselves so if there's a way we can end this deal I would be more than happy to because no one should be disrespected and treated as if they don't deserve to be safe or don't have the right to care about their safety like I'm being treated and F witnesses to every incidents are needed I can provide that and more evidence there's no problem I have that too Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/07/19) */ You never brought the car back to us to even check it out. FEB 22 2022 I purchased a vehicle from state wide auto (2008 s550 Mercedes' Benz )with a down payment around 5,100 around the end of February I noticed minor things wrong and took it back for them to fix it due to the warranty they returned it March 4 th during the time I went to get the car I payed them early for the month of April I was satisfied after the work was done then March 26 2022 I had a minor accident because of car malfunctions around the left driver side tire which led to me messing up the left tire area by tryna get out of harms way parts like ( axel , racopinion , tire arm ) so before I sent it to them to fix because I thought that would b a good idea due to the fact I still had a warranty with them made me believe I would save money I had a personal mechanic look at it before I had it towed to them he agreed that only the left driver side tire was damaged I sent it to them march 28 2022 they called me back the 30th also agreeing that only the tire area was the problem with the car also told me that they had the Mercedes dealership look at it and price it and that the tire was the only problem that they found as well soo they told me all of that would cost 8,400but because of my half off warranty they would olny charge me half 4,200 so for the next 5days I was getting my money together he was calling everyday asking what's going on saying he has the parts etc etc all he need is me to come in. And pay somethen so he can get started it would b done in 2-3 days and I can pick it up and make payments towards the rest that I would owe after I asked would 1,000 be enough to pay he said yes I gave them that around April 4 couldn't reach anyone or communicate with anyone until April 22 when they reached out to tell me that some how they just noticed my transmission is randomly bad now and not workin with the light on plus more but I'm running short on letters remaining and there is a lot more details so I would appreciate if some one gave me call***********Business Response

The car was significantly damaged and under our contract you had agreed to get car insurance which you failed to do so. Noo I do not accept if that was the reason of taking the car why wait so long why allow me to bring it in and take it back numerous times also why refuse to call me and tell me or why once asked for some kind of documentation stating that was the reason I was denied that information and even lied to in front of officers I had to call to the location who also said they are willing to testify on my behalf due to the fact they lied to them as well when I asked about getting a paper stating they took it and want money to get it back she said they mailed somethen to right after they took it and I was legally gonna have to wait up until 5days to get it I was in her office around 7days after they took it and never received anything and when she came out with a copy of what she sent in the mail it had the same date of when we where there and also the only damage done was to the tire on the driver side in the front I'm not sure if tire problems is a major damage to a vehicle but I'm highly sure it's not and that was the only problem until they called a month later talkin about my transmission on a car I haven't been driving because they had it barely had time to do anything with it let alone get insurance because they had it most of the time I also have a picture of the car with damage and voice recordings of the lady lie'n giving false information then incriminating her self in the same conversation Consumer Response /* (-5, 8, 2022/06/25) */ ***Document Attached*** THESE ARE THE DAMAGES THEY TOOK OVER A MONTH FOR AND SAID MESSED UP MY TRANSMISSION MYSTERIOUSLY ALSO THAT THEY WROTE TO YOU GUYS ARENT MINOR Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/07/07) */ Thats not what we had said. I made a 1,000 payment towards them fixing the car and was told I can mAke payments for the rest which was 1400 when they returned the car not only wasn't it a different rim on the tire it also had transmission problems and they took it from my house 18 days later or less the video shows how she tried to treat me never asked for money first but wanted the keys as if she had no intentions on giving it back
