    Horrible experience start to finish!To start, the customer service agent is rude and unprofessional. She is difficult to get in contact with and gives conflicting information when you do. Agent reports this is because she only works part-time. Agent wont let you speak with anyone else as she says she is the manager and her boss (the owner) doesnt deal with daily operations. I was told I wouldnt be able to purchase products with my credit card and was told to pay through *****, *********, direct deposit or check. I ended up paying with my credit card through their website for 2-day ***** shipping. I called 2 days later to see if they knew where my package was. Agent said they hadnt processed it because their website gave the wrong shipping price. Agent stated I had to pay the additional shipping cost to process my order, but this time I could pay through Venmo (weird, how this was now an option). I didnt understand why they wouldnt have notified me that they couldnt process my order and waited for me to call before bringing this to my attention. Before I paid the additional shipping fee I asked Agent if they had my products in stock and if they might be available for pickup instead, and she stated they did. I ended up paying the extra shipping costs to ship them anyways. After receiving my additional payment, Agent wanted to double-check if I still wanted to process my order because instead of the 2-day shipping they promised, it would now be 5 days, for the same price! I still agreed to the 5-day shipping. It was then, that I received an email stating that my products were out of stock and that they wouldnt be available for purchase. This business is very sketchy as it seemed as though they were very dishonest with what they had in stock, payment methods, processing times, etc. Payment methods were also suspicious. I dont recommend this company and I would never do business with this company again. Agent has the worst customer service.
