    This company has had to fix multiple things at my place as it is an apartment complex. The plumbers they have sent dont have any customer ********************** skills all they do is show up and dont even explain what they did or will be doing. First time I was left with a pipe that was left broken which resulted in a leak. Another guy ended up coming two days later and said the guy who had showed up a couple of days before had tried to unclog the sink and broke a pipe and tried to Mickey ***** the job thinking it wouldnt become an issue. That night I was left with no working sink for the next couple of days as the plumber said he had to remove everything and couldnt fix until the management company approved the fix. 3 days later and it got fixed. Company then showed up weeks later to fix a main line clog as tenants in the first floor of the apartment complex had tub and toilet backed up. Main line is right in front of tenants parking spots. As a result plumber left human excrement mixed with toilet paper that came out of unclogging the main pipe all over the parking lot so tenants could step on it as they were getting out of their car. Called the company and was told that they arent required to clean up after themselves. This is a health code violation and this company shouldnt be leaving work like this (theyre not doing anything for free).
