    Ranch owner collected from me 2100$Didn't not full fill the boarding agreement for my 2 horses No Feeding, o propitiate stalls one of my horses stallion , no service, no cleaning no shavings no safety Due to animal neglects and animal cruelty my horses in bad health and malnutrition, dehydration, and injury at legs and head due to metal polls and dangerous conditions of stalls.     The accusations she is stating are false. She boarded two horses with us from Nov. 1 - **** 21, 2022 (just 51 days). Board for one horse was $525/mo., the other was $500/mo. Board includes alfalfa 2x per day; cleaning 2x per day; shavings 2x/week. She knew and agreed to the amount. On **** 6 she was asked to leave after many rule violations and confrontations with other boarders. In addition to board, we have a menu of services we offer. She requested some of these services and was billed accordingly. ********** services were billed on **** 1 and were not paid. **** services were billed on Jan 2 together with an accounting for a partial refund, which was sent to her via Zelle.
    Her horses were well fed and cared for here at La Tuna Stables as verified by police on December 19, 2022, when she brought them to the stables claiming I was trying to kill her horses.
    I have 24 other horses in my care and all of the other boarders will be happy to refute the drivel that she is claiming.
    I am attaching a document entitled "51 Days of Dealing with ****** (a summary) and screenshots of some of the libelous reviews she has submitted under various names as well as the original boarding documents that were sent to her. As I am limited in attachments, others can be submitted at a future date.

    Owner of ranch is Lier . She attack me at the barn - I have witness and video prof- that's why I called police because she is mentally unstable .
    She took my money and didn't feed or care for horses
    She block entrance with truck and didn't allow me to see or check my horses . That's why police was involved 4 times.

    My horses was abused , due to not safe metal rods at the stall my horse was injured and owner try to hide it , I caught her wile she was washing off blood from face of my horse. I attached photos of metal roods, also horseswas poisoned at the ranch - their manure was diaria , not feed they lost weight , a lot of injuries and rats bite hoofs of horses , because there is infestation of rats in barn . Owner don't care.
    She is affogant bully person . She was not allowed to touch any of my belongings but once I come to pick up , I find out that all my all my staff at the street - and that's how I called police because a lot of my items stolen . Saddle, items and horse items - there is list
    She wrote me refund 0.1 cent. Which is clearly insult.
    I didn't use other services.
    I payed her cash as well as *****
    She kick me out because she didn't like me , I told her that a lot of my horse staff is stolen , and I am not ok with that. And this how all started.

    I was cleaning stalls because it was dirty ,
    This wheel barrel mine - she stole it -

    Once I text her about that stalls dirty and water dirty she obviously don't like that . But I want my horses to be care and have access to fresh water and treated well . I payed for that.
    But unfortunately I didn't get what I payed for .
    Horses was afraid spooked and behaving different.
    I notice a lot of injuries and blood ,
    More over one of my horses stallion- owner not allowed to keep stallions at ranch - but she accept it.
    I inform her that vet doctor ***** be coming to do castration on him she agreed .
    Next day she change her mind and she didn't allow procedure to be done .
    I lost 900$ because vet come from Riverside .

    2 weeks prior that her friend who also have stallion - did castration at the ranch and she allowed it.


    But she didn't for me . I don't know if she used my stallion for breeding and collecting money wile I am away.
    But it's clearly bazar behavior.
    I would like to inform insurance company about violation on that.
    Stallions can be very dangerous around ***** . And my intentions was to be safe .
    Owner didn't allowed that.
    So I want her to return 900$ which I have to pay to vet , due to her decision to not allow surgery.
