    On 01/03/23 I removed and purchased a complete seat from Pick A Part. After I purchased it with my credit card, I noticed an extra charge on my receipt that I did not approve. It was for a 90 day warrantee for the seat. I told the girl that charged me at the window why was I charged for a warrantee? She said that they charge everyone for a warrantee and If I don't want one I need to state that at time of purchase and there are no refunds. I told her that you didn't ask me and you cant charge people without there permission. I have been to many other Pick A Parts and they always ask if I want a receipt and I always decline. She said there is nothing she can do. I would like the refund of $15.43 for the fraudulent 90 day warrantee that I did not approve.
