    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    Also today, I drove my car to the shop and met the owner. The issues about the car repairing mentioned in the complaint have been resolved. Please close the case.

    oor window. 6) On June 19th, I drove back, they fixed those problem. With my asking, they found another 4 pieces missing 7) A few days later, I was called and drove back. They put 3 pieces into the car, another one doesn't fit 8) Another few days later, I was called and went back to pickup the piece they ordered (my car was not at home), and it doesn't fit 9) At this time, I decided to check the car where I can see and I noticed there are another 4 pieces missing from my car and there is visible scratches on the door caused by their technician (probably on purpose)I sent multiple messages on their website asking 1) order the missing pieces and send them to my address or 2) come to my address to fix my car so I can see it. I didn't get any response. At this time I have no confidence with this company, either they are incompetent or they did this on purpose. In both case, I want they refund some of the money they charged so I can take my car to another place to get fixed.

    I sincerely apologize for these issues regarding Mr. ***** ***** repair experience.

    Our business was built on customer service, and I apologize that things did not go smooth in this case. This was never my intention.

    I cannot take back what has happened, however moving forward I will do my best.

    I have ordered replacement parts **** that will arrive **** and have reached out through e-mail to ************ about dropping off the vehicle to put closure to these unresolved issues.

    I also offered to put him in a loaner while the corrections are made.

    The small trim and hardware I have in stock.

    I offered to put the vehicle on the lift and explain the repair to him one-on-one.

    I appreciate the opportunity and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
