    We did a car wash at Lozano Car Wash. After the car wash, before we left, we found the driver's seat belt buckle was damaged. We were pretty sure the buckle was fine when we arrived at the car wash. The broken piece was left on the driver's seat. The owner of the car wash refused to admit they broke it and refused to do anything about it or compensate our repair. They were pretty rude and did not even apologize to us.We hope they admit the mistake and apologize to us, as well as refund our repair of the damage.

    May 27, 2024 at 3pm I had my Tesla washed at Lozano. I left my car key in the area that keeps the car on. Not sure why, but someone closed the door and thought it was locked. I went across the street for 5 minutes and upon return, an employee named ****** was yelling at me. He then told me Dont come back. The people cleaning the car do a good job but taking verbal abuse by ****** is inexcusable. Im just happy it was me and not my wife or kids getting the verbal abuse. I called the manager and complained. But I never heard back.
