    I had an appointment for 6/30 at noon. My appointment was changed last minute to 1210. I show up at 1210 because her instructions say do not show up a minute before. When I got there someone openes the door for me and I walk in looking for unit 110 as written in the address. I could not find it so I called and she let me know it was unit 708 which was not in the email she sent me. I went to her unit and as soon as she opened the door she informed me I need to pay her a late fee of 25 dollars when her instructions were not clear. She then told me I needed to get a face mask which is requires and she does not supply. This made me even more late. I then asked to use the hair I had provided and she told me that it would be a different service which is confusing because the style does not change and as it does not matter what hair is used I just preferred my own. She then said I have to rebook because I did not disclose to her I wanted to use my own hair when I asked her via text prior to my appointment How many packs I needed to buy to use my own hair and she said 4 and I responded with perfect that sounds good. She kept my deposit as I did not rebook because I no longer felt comfortable with how rudely she was speaking to me.
