    Ordered a leaf blower from Super Arbor on Oct. 25, 2024. Listed price was $257.00 plus shipping. Super Arbor informed me the blower I ordered was not available, but an alternative was available for immediate shipment that was equal or better price compared to the original order. Based on this price information I told them to ship the replacement. On Nov. 28, over a month later (NOT immediately), Super Arbor informed me the replacement was ready to ship, for $360.00 plus $49.99 shipping, over $100 more than the original order. I contend that this is a classic "bait-and-switch" and feel that I am entitled to a refund of $100.00.

    Ordered Traffic Master vinyl plank flooring in color discontinued by **********. Continued to get email response and even a return call from 'customer service '. Assuring me they were working on the order which was never received. Please shut down this fraudulent company. Too many people have been scammed by what appears to be a legitimate website.

    Purchased on Labor Day. Said $50 shipping . Followed up 2 times to receive the same message. Will be notified when ready to ship. Thats not how the work of logistics works. Or procurement for that matter of which I am both. *** requested a complete refund and will be changing my accounts. There is no way this company is US or should be allowed to do business here.

    I ordered a toter trash can 32 gallon green stone plastic wheeled trash can with lid. Total with shipping and taxes is $119.73. The order number is ********. I ordered this on 11/2/2024. Today is 11/18/2024. I needed it urgently for my mother's house in ********, due to new sanitation laws. The physical stores had a shortage. ********** restocked and we ended up purchasing a trash can. We no longer need this product. It has been 16 days. The status is still working on shipment. I want to cancel this order and receive a refund. I tried to call the office number provided on the website: **************. I was on hold for a long time. I emailed the company at: ********************************* This was their reply: Hi *****,Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your cancellation request. We have noted your request and will make every effort to accommodate it.However, please be advised that we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been processed for shipping.We will need to review your order to determine if the items are eligible for **************** can expect to hear back from us within 7-10 business days regarding the outcome.Thank you for your understanding.Thanks,Arbor Team"I want a refund. This email stating that their company cannot guarantee cancellations after shipment has been processed is excessive. Especially when I would have to wait approximately 7 to 10 business days for an answer. May I please receive assistance with this issue? I want a refund and I will never purchase from this company again.

    On 8.14.2024, I ordered 5 boxes of LVP flooring from this company. when they were delivered, 3 boxes of them were damaged and unable to be used. I requested a pickup, and on 9.24.24, I provided photos of the damaged flooring. On 10.14.24, 2 of the damaged boed were finally picked up by the company, but the 3rd box still hasn't been picked up (as of 11.25.24), and I still have not been refunded for the damaged boxed. This has been going on for 2 months...

    I purchased an order of 9 pieces of Mold/Moisture resistant drywall on October 26th and given no information for shipping. I had reached back out via email 2 more times since then to get an update on shipping timing and reasons for delays as this is a normal stock item. I eventually got an answer from the website chat from an extremely unprofessional individual who told me I just needed to wait longer with no clear reasons why, just that it'll ship eventually. I have no faith it will be shipping especially given the large amount of complaints that I now see.

    I ordered flooring on Sun, Oct 6 at 11:15 AM. I selected the items i needed and went to the cart to check out. It stated shipping up to 1000 lbs was included. on the 10th of Oct. after my second attempt to contact them they stated my order was ready to ship and it would be an additional ***** to ship. I fought this but in was told they are unable to waive the additional shipping. they said I could go to their phoenix warehouse and pick it up as a solution. Considering I live over 2000 miles away shows they don't know what they are doing offering a solution like that. I reluctantly agreed to pay the additional shipping (Stupid me, ****** learned). When we received the order on 10/25 I could not believe the way the boxes were just dumped on our front stairs. I just opened the boxes today to finish our project and I cannot believe after they charged me an additional ***** to ship because they said they had to package it to prevent damage for shipping, they sent 3 messed up boxes with bubble wrap that wasn't even around the flooring box inside the shipping box. If was just stuffed in the top of the outer box. There was no labeling on the boxes stating fragile, handle with care or anything. All the ends are damaged and unusable. I contacted them and spoke with their representative ******. She is also the one that was email corresponding with me. I know this because it asked me for a satisfaction survey. She said they will escalate this to the ***************** I am demanding either a full replacement of a viable product or a full refund. This is just a big circle. They are a scam, fraudulent company that cheats you out. If I would have cancelled, and as I have read the same thing from other complainant's, we would have lost our original monies and have been out everything. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. Its theft by loopholes. *** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY ***

    On or about 8/31/2024 I placed an order for a Cub Cadet Riding Lawnmower from Super Arbor for the amount of $1970.86. This total included a 15% Labor Day discount and a special $99 shipping fee. This amount was financed on a 6 months-same-as-cash, 0% financing offer through ****** for the same sale total. (see attched invoice and Affirm agreement).On September 17th, I received an email stating there would be an additional $720 in shipping fees. I argued that 1) the $99 advertised shipping fee was explicit and good for up to 1000LBS. Super Arbor argues that it was just a shipping estimate and that my order (roughly 520 lbs) required the additional shipping.I explained that this extra shipping charge erased all consumer value from my buying from Super Arbor and to please just cancel the order.Super Arbor has stated they have a no cancellation policy with orders financed with Affirm. However, the claimed extra shipping charges were indicated no where that I can recall or find associated with the order. The item has still not shipped, being held by Super Arbor unless I agree to the additional shipping cost, which I refused and again requested cancellation of the order. I offered other options to offset the shipping fee such as reimbursement or additional discounts on the product. This was refused and I again asked that the order just be cancelled.I am not interested in receiving the product at additional cost that what I agreed to via the loan agreement and the original invoice I received. I have not paid any money to Affirm or to Super Arbor at this point. I have contacted ****** about the issue and told them I have not received the product I would like Super Arbor to cancel the order and cancel the agreement with ****** regarding this purchase.

    I ordered a vanity for Arbor, order number #******** on September 10th 2024 in the amount of $1089.00 with a shipping amount of $49.99. I used affirm to pay the for the purchase for a total $1138.99. (Of note, this vanity is for sale at ********** as well and can shipped and delivered within a few days. I bought it from Arbor as it was $100 cheaper, but this was big mistake.) I received an email soon thereafter from Arbor stating I needed to pay and an additional $150 in shipping and then they would ship out the vanity. I wrote them back stating I would like to cancel the order as I do not accept the additional shipping charge and at that point I knew right away this was a scam company. I wrote a total of three emails trying to cancel my order, never to receive a response for two weeks. I then tried to dispute my charges with Affirm after two weeks of no response from Arbor or an confirmation of shipping and Affirm sided with Arbor stating this was a cancelled item which can not be cancelled. Arbor finally sent me one an email after two weeks which stated I could not cancel my order as it was ordered through Affirm. I have since never received any email from Arbor about shipping or anything. I have since tried disputing this order three times with Affirm, but they keep siding with the merchant even though I have still not received my vanity which I ordered nearly two months ago. Affirm keeps saying they are siding with the merchant because items cannot be cancelled if they have been discounted. I sent another email to Arbor on October 29th trying to cancel my order, but never received any response. So now i am making payments to Affirm monthly for an item that i have never received and most likely never will. It is very unfortunate that such companies are able to scam people like this. I will also be filing complaint against ****** for not protecting their customers against scam comapnies that never send their purchased items.

    I placed an order for flooring to match existing flooring with Super Arbor on 9/2/24. On 9/3/24 the company contacted me and stated they did not have the product but offered an alternative. I inquired about the specifics of the product and they supplied information. I told them the product would not work, as it was not the same product. on 9/6/24 I told them via email the product would not work. On 9/10 they responded they would cancel the order per my request, but it would take 7-10 days to credit. I told them that was unacceptable. When I received my credit card statement for this period of time, I checked the statement to ensure I had not been charged. There was no transaction from Super Arbor.I just received my credit card statement and they charged me on 10/3 for this order. I consider this fraud. They waited a month and in my opinion tried to sneak this in as a month had gone past.

    We are a small retail and commercial tree services company located in *************. We do not sell flooring or have any business in the state of *******. I would suggest that Ms. ****** do better research and find out who shes looking. We dont sell any of this product. You have the wrong person and the wrong company. I would appreciate this being removed from our BBB files immediately.

    Here is the website of the company, Super Arbor.  They have locations throughout the ** and my order was to ship from the ** location.  I attached my order confirmation from the company as well as email correspondence from them in the original filing.
