    ***** provided the best plumbing service we have ever experienced after 20+ years of home ownership. He is a master of his trade and highly recommended. He is now on our speed dial for plumbing service, big or small.We came back from a long weekend and found our kitchen sink unable to drain. After being unable to resolve the problem ourselves, we had several of the more known plumbers provide us quotes for what they had determined to be collapsed cast iron pipe in the slab floor. Except for #1 Best Plumber, they quoted extremely high costs of $20K to $60k. They seemed more interested in selling something over addressing the actual problem. In contrast, ***** was interested in finding the problem and addressing the specific issue. Because of ******* experience and diligence, he discovered that we didn't need to replace a collapsed pipe, but simply unplug the pipe at a plumbing elbow under grown. He was honest in reporting the real problem, minimized the disruption in the kitchen, and saved us at least $20k. I also like ***** because he has broad experience from trenching to household plumbing. In addition, he owns some of the more advanced plumbing tools.
