      I have been trying to reach to them resolve my internet issue but they refused to do. I build a house and my builder had installed their devices in the house which is Uber $2500, device is not working properly and you know internet is a necessity now a days and cant even work since my work is from Home, please I need them to come and fix it

      I received a RUCKUS switch when I purchased my Lennar new home. The RUCKUS switch carries a lifetime warranty. The RUCKUS company has announced that telephone service for their equipment will be provided through self-service, with no further telephone support. I filed a case with RUCKUS after experiencing a problem with the switch repeatedly entering Boot Mode. The process is time-consuming and requires some knowledge of IT technology to repair. The agent suggested resetting multiple times, but this solution never works. They advised me to recover the software by connecting the RUCKUS switch to a computer via a special cable that I did not have and installing software on my personal computer to do so. Many cases have been closed with no resolution because a regular customer is unable to perform IT technical repairs, and RUCKUS has changed its policy, causing customers to be stressed.I believe that ******************** sold its equipment with a lifetime warranty but failed to provide necessary services for its equipment, shifting the effort to its customers in order to profit from their expenses.I kindly ask for your assistance in supporting my request to Ruckus for the replacement of a new RUCKUS switch for the same model.

      Our WiFi booster that came with our new Lennar home and then they gave non-existent customer service. Expecting people to navigate their awful website and community posts to try and solve the problem. Then they don't even take call or email. As soon as you tell them you live in a lennar home they send you to the community forum You have to make an account, a post etc. before anyone even might contact you. Now they are going in circles with me. They tell me to re-post my issue if an engineer has not gotten back to me. They hope you get frustrated so they don't have to honor the lifetime firmware warranty.

      Discrimination. Ruckus stopped providing support for Lennar customers. How am I supposed to fix an issue when you dont provide support specifically for people like me. On top of that your app no longer works. I was told I would have support for life. I NEED to speak to a technical representative.

      This company sells garbage products that don't last past 2 years (our WiFi booster that came with our new Lennar home- our wifi now is horrible to not even working at times without it) and then they gave horrendous customer service. Expecting people to navigate their awful website and community posts to try and solve the problem. Then they don't even take call or email. You have to make an account, a post etc. before anyone even might contact you. Now they are going in circles with me. When it could have been solved through a quick 5 minute phone call they are going to make an hours to days or longer system that enrages you to your core. No doubt because A. They would have too many phone calls for their garbage products, and B. They hope you get so frustrated with it all you just give up. It is absolutely awful business practice.
