    April 16, ******************************************************* the amount of $4, 275. during the renovation, additional $600 was paid to replace broken and missing tiles. The contract deemed finish on April 30, 2024.The last week of November and first week of December 2024, I was away for a trip and apparently, a downpour happened in the area. I got home and found out, the watermark in my bedroom resurfaced and bigger and worst from before the repair because there's even bulges now in the ceiling. *******, the contractor was notified but no interest at all in assessing the situation, just told me their work was not covered by warranty.

    Hi I just spoke with Macelo and this is what he told me. As per our contract and discussions, we were hired to repair a specific section of your roof. This section was . Upon completion, the customer inspected the work and signed off on it, indicating your satisfaction with the repair.

    We understand his concern about other areas of your roof. However, our warranty covers only the specific area we were contracted to repair. Any issues outside of this area would fall outside the scope of our original agreement and warranty.

    On 09/03/24 **** Mertkhanyan a sales person of Lifetime Roofing & Renovation came into my home and explained the roofing process to myself and my husband told us he charges would be $21,227 at the APR rate of 6.8% for 6 months and on the 7th month the APR Rate would go up to 9.99%. The roofers came in and started demolition on the roof, then stopped because they said the roof was bad and they can't move forward and had to call a ****** to advise. So **** came back and said the price was going to go up but they wouldn't know the full extent of the work until they get the entire roof off. So I had to agree with this because the roof was already partly demolished. So after the roof was all the way off **** said they have to reframe the roof, take out the old insulation because when they took off the old roof lots of ****** fell into the insulation and now it was no good so it had to be replaced. After every thing being completed the price went up to $43,221.00. This is the amount being financed through their financing partner ***************************. **** was the person that told me that my finance rate would be 6.8% for the first 6 months but when I got my first billing statement it is already at the 9.99% this is what I am disputing. If the consumer trusts you to come into their house and you say this is what the agreement is going to be, then that's exactly what it should be. The first contract made by this company had errors with the wrong address and **** was ******* me to sign regardless of the discrepancy I had to tell him I could not sign if the address was not correct. **** said that if I signed everything it should still be fine, but I told him I can't sign because that's someone else's address on the contract and I don't think they would like that. Lifetime Roofing has not tried to resolve this issue. I have called the business and they said someone would get back to me and never did. The company needs to have integrity we pay them regardless of the scam

    We want to clarify that the financing rate is ultimately based on a number of factors, including credit scores and the terms available at the time the financing is processed. As part of the process, we do provide an email and documentation outlining the exact terms after the application is completed, which can sometimes reflect a different rate depending on these variables. This was the case with her. Our company follows the all the laws.

    Lifetime was hired in February 2023 to diagnose a leak in our kitchen ceiling and on their recommendations we proceeded with construction of a new roof. On January 22 2024 the same exact leak happened again. On January 23 2024 our kitchen ceiling collapsed. They have since declared they are not at fault and not liable.
