    I used Caspio for a few years, but called to cancel the service last year. They have no record of it. I called with a question about setting up a database, but for what I was looking for, it didn't fit my needs. I told the person I was transferred to to cancel the service. Apparently, they didn't log the cancelation. They sent an email last October about auto renewing, but I didn't respond since I assumed it was canceled. If they look at the logs, no databases have been updated in a while. One was updated in June of 2020, one in July of 2020 and one in April of 2021. If they would take a look at that, they would see we have no interest in their service. We were billed $348 for a service that we canceled over the phone and do not use. Please beware before signing up with them. I have been going back and forth with Princess ***************** with no refund for no use. It auto renewed on 11/24 and I have been fighting for a refund, but they are making me pay for the full year that it will not be used. It's 11/30 now and I contacted them on 11/15 to make sure it was canceled and refunded. You would think letting them know to cancel for the second time before a 1 year contract from 11/24/22 - 11/24/23 would be enough. I guess not. I will give this review on all other sites as well.
