      Do not use this company. My gardener had used this company on another job and thought they were very reasonably priced and easy to work with so he recommended them to me. Everything went smoothly and I paid my bill upon initial service. A week later I got a letter stating there was going to be a lien placed on my house followed up by a second bill that was more than the first bill. When I confronted them about the lien letter, they said it was a mistake and they didn't mean to send it to me. I asked for additional information about the job in which they were charging me and they sent me paperwork that was unclear and not necessarily representative of the work that was done at my house. When they approach their customers, they are very rude. Not even giving me 30 days to pay the new bill I got a phone call on a Friday followed up by a text to stating they were contacting me in 15 times followed up by a text that stated they were going to be filing for a lien by mid week. Do not use this company as they overcharge and the deal you think you're getting will not be the case. They are not worth all the headache that you go through when they start threatening you

      Only thing I can say about Rachel Johnson is if you pay your bill's you would not have these issues. Our invoice tell her that if she has a dump fee owed that it needs to be paid in 7 days not 30 days. We supplied her with the weight ticket from the scale house. This is her store only, And it is not accurate at all. We have a 4.5 star rating and been in business for over 50 years. You can go to our web site and read over 500 good rating store's about our services. This will be the only time that we will respond to this fake story. We wish her the best.

      After having to request actual documentation of services, was provided was not clear and hard to understand. Their approach was harsh and threatening liens before I received the second bill (I have the delivery confirmations with dates showing this) , and they did not create an experience in which questions could easily be answered. The admitted to sending wrong information (I have witnesses). They may have high ratings but as a client, I did not feel safe working with them, do not trust them and would not recommend them.
