    She is quick to brag how well everything is going and payments will be made shortly, but she doesnt follow through. I got her to vacate my rental house she was using to run her business ***************************** Preneur), & she still owes $72,625 back rent. She didnt mention her past judgments, liens & evictions when she applied to lease, so a pattern of ripping people off exists. Others have reported her failure to pay rent & damages left behind when she left. She prioritizes her own lifestyle, while commitments to others are **************** are her words: Thanks again for your incredible patience. I appreciate you, and I will make this right. I realize I owe you a lot of money, and I will pay it all back. In regards to my outstanding balance, I realize it's a large amount of money. I also realize I've reached out several times with updates, but have not been able to follow through with payments. I have gone through many hardships, as many people have. Thank you again for your continued patience. I know you don't like me, and I know you don't believe me, but I want you to know how grateful I am for you, and that I will keep my word and pay you back every ***** that is owed, as soon as I can this year, and hope to be caught up by mid summer (2023), then pay the remaining months rent on time. In the past year, she hasn't shown any effort to make payments or correspond.She asked permission to paint the house interior, saying she would go with "beiges and a couple of gray accents," but nothing too bold or unusual. She had the two story entry painted dark high-gloss metallic purple, & every room had a dark bold-colored wall. When she moved, the kitchen and laundry room were inoperative due to grease totally blocking the kitchen drain & liquid fabric *************** blocking the laundry drain.I unfortunately trusted ***************** screenings. Read her ***************************** reports before trusting her. Unfortunately, due to COVID, I couldn't evict.

    Initially I paid for an online business class called The Actor Preneur course through Dreamscope. Company CEO and class teacher **************** held a zoom meeting with prospective students in Dec 2019 to discuss course topics. It was scheduled for March 2020, to be completed online. They charged me monthly payments of $110 for 6 months, holding my cc on file. Then there were delays with covid; the class was postponed. Months went by with no updates though I had already paid for the class, totaling $660. After months of contact attempts ****** replied saying she had a family emergency and it was still postponed and would be rescheduled; they did not know when. I reached out every few months to inquire about updates. When phoning the company, no one had answers. They told me to contact her directly. I asked for a refund in Oct 2022.In Nov 2022 she emailed saying the class was still planned, sorry everyone for the delay but they would do meetings, send assignments, do an email series, or process refunds. She also said some videos were emailed out in 2021. I never received those. She said she'd send me the course videos anyway, I thought a nice gesture. But I no longer wished to take the class. I reiterated I wanted a refund. I'd accept venmo, company check (only if trackable like ****** or cc refund as they have my card on file. Still no action. And still three months later, no action. I feel completely scammed. The lack of response, even with the pandemic and family emergency situation, this is not how a proper business is run. She confirmed via email she'd process my refund in Dec 2022. They still have not as of 3/14/2023. This entire ordeal is beyond frustrating. She has shown a complete disregard for those she claims to wish to mentor. Disappointed is an understatement. I am shocked at the lack of professionalism and integrity they have shown. I am requesting immediate resolution. She needs to do the right thing and process my refund as promised.
