    After getting quotes for a project we wanted and letting this company (modernize) know that we went with someone else, they continue to call and not labe messages. I have asked to be taken off their phone list, and have blocked their numbers, but they still call. Unprofessional in my opinion.

    Had windows and Hvac system installed. The two men who came to my home were very pushy. I was supposed to get a rebate of ***** dollars and have yet to receive it. **** from the company went behind are back and qualified us for another loan to get more work done then came to our home to try and convince us to have more work done. He told us that we would qualify for another ****** dollars in rebates. I kept telling him that I could not afford another high interest loan and that we havent even received the first rebate. They were at my home for over two hours trying to convince us. When we call to inquire about our rebate he keeps saying its in the mail and it never comes and he is now not answering our phone calls. If we didnt take the rebate it would be put towards the loan because it was part of the loan. So now I am paying for the rebate that they are pocketing plus interest. If I had known how they were going to cheat us I never would have done business with them
