    ********************************************, ********* purchased a one-year subscription for a website from Chapel Sites ********************** **************). Chapel Sites built us a draft website and ******* paid $348 for a one-year subscription and updated the draft website. After completion of the draft website, ******* contacted our primary contact, ********************* ************* ********************** to publish the website and we did not receive any response. We have tried to call every contact at Chapel Sites and ********************* with no response back.We are currently out $350 and still do not have a website available for our church.Even for the short term, if Chapel Site could contact us and publish our website as it is, we would be good for now as we can look for another provider after one year. Our request is to ether publish the website as is and let us update or return our money.

    I am the treasurer for the ************************ in **********, ** *****. We hired ChaplSites (FKA Connected Word) to setup and maintain a website for the church. Prior to February, 2023 we paid a fee of $89.97 by check quarterly. On February 21, 2023, I received an email stating that they wanted the church to start paying annually or bi-annually and that they were no longer excepting payment by check. Payment had to be by card only. I gave them the church credit card information and agreed to pay for 2 years of service for $522, which entitled us to receive 6 months additional service free of charge. They withdrew the $522 from the church account and all was good. However, when I received the ********** statement for the church I saw that they had made a second withdrawal from the account for $348. At the same time, the church secretary told me she had not received the promised upgrades to our website. Since March I have made multiple calls to ********************* at ChapelSites. First he promised to credit the funds back to the church's bank account. When that didn't seem to work, I asked him to please refund the money by check. Now he has stopped answering my calls and they have still not done the promised changes to the website. It has been over 7 months and still no refund or website changes. At the very least I would like the $348 refunded, but I also feel that if they are not going to do the promised upgrades to our website, a partial refund of the $522 is also in order.
