    I ordered the end of February and still haven't received the product. I've called two times and talked to someone I couldn't understand. From what I understood it was on 'back order' and I should have received and email. Which I never got. I have also sent several emails and didn't have any response along with several attempts with chats on the website. I'm beginning to think it's a scam company.

    This company sent me matcha that expired on 6/30/24, I received it on 7/01/24. So far, I have received no answer from them. There is no customer service.
