    Hi,This is ******************. I'm filing a complaint against a cloud hosting company based in ***********, **.I purchased their cloud service on 11/25/2023. This service is being used to host a website for users in Asia. However, their service, although being advertised as ASIA-OPTIMIZED, it is not.The problem appears once I made the purchase, they created a new cloud server, but when I did the test on the actual server, it indicated they're not using any Asia optimized network.I asked for a full refund. **** | Sales Manager replied that I was not eligible since I ordered it during their promotion and their return policy do not refund any promotional purchases.I asked them they violated the term first because their service is NOT as advertised and their test page showed a result that tricked the customer thinking it's using optimized networks while in fact it's NOT. This is a misleading or fraud business behavior.My complaint is that their service is as not advertised. Their Asia optimized claim can be found on their home page and on their ******* account. They trick customers purchasing their services by providing a test page that gives results that appears to be optimized networks. While in fact, the customer finds slow networks being used once they received their product. Also when the customer needs to return the purchase or asking for a refund, they refuse the refund. In my case, my service was opened and I asked for refund within 24hrs. This service is paid for a year.Their business has poor reputations, on ******* if you search for ***********, the ****** reviews shows 1.1 star rating with almost all people leaving poor reviews. Including worst business, worst customer service, etc I really appreciate your time reviewing my case. My goal is to have them punished for bad business practices. I have screenshots that I find useful. If you need anything else, I would love to provide them. I will try all things possible to help with the process!
