      Mr. **** ******************** came by our house to double-check our heater box system and connections, since the maintenance check by our original contractor, *********************, found issues with dirty components to the heating system (evaporator coils and door wheel), when the photos the MHS technician took did not show any lint or dirt buildup. Mr. ******************** agreed with our assessment that no components appeared dirty at this time. He ALSO pointed out another major problem with the heater box not having an LP (liquid propane) catch pan under the heater box. We are VERY thankful that Mr. ******************** conducted a very thorough inspection and did his due diligence in notifying us of a potentially hazardous condition. We highly recommend *************************** for any A/C or Heater work and maintenance.
