    I went to dons to get a clutch cable replaced around 8 months ago for 800 dollars was promised it would last atleast ****** miles and it only lasted 500 wondering why this happened took it to another mechanic who said the work was very sloppy and extremely cheap materials were used as well as key components missing that mechanic also repaired it for cheaper I called dons trying to get a refund and go met with a nasty attitude and an abundance of lies and was very displeased with everything regarding the service and manner everything was handled

    I, ***** ****** took my 2015 Jeep Patriot to get serviced to see why my cars alarm was going off for no reason. I was told buy a worker named **** that it was the system was reading that the ignition switch was in the locked position making it go off. So I needed a new system and two brand new keys to my car. When my car was given back to me, I was only given one new car and given my old key back. They had me make a $300 deposit for the two new keys but was never given two new keys. I did inform them that I had a gas problem. And they said they would look at it but never did. I had make an appointment to see about that. When I finally got an appointment, I was charged $200 for the service. All they did was drive my car for 11 miles and thats it. It was never hooked up to their machine or anything. This man named **** told me that to make sure it was the problem he thought it was (either the gas take into the engine or the meter to the gas). I'd have to fill my tank to the full and then drive 100 miles and record it. I did as I was told and brought it back. When I did, all he said was it was fine and there was nothing wrong with it. I have spent $1,600 at this place and still having problems with my car and gas. This is a rip off and theft against me. I am homeless and don't have money at my hands like most. They know I am homeless and used it against me. This needs to stop and I want a reimbursement. Rather half of the $1,600 I paid to get my car fixed or all of it. Thank you for your time.

    Please find attached our documentation on the above complaint.  Our belief is that this customer is trying to extort money.  Our service writers applied every discount they could think of for this customer and our shop certainly does not discriminate against the homeless.  Our understanding also is that this complaint has been closed by the Better Business Bureau.

     I am rejecting this response because: It is outright wrong and slander. I am not extorting money from no one. They stole money from me and my family regarding my car. This need to be taken care of now. I want all my money back.

    This does require further attention because my money was stolen from me by this company. I want my money back. $200 to just drive my car and then tell nothing is wrong with it? I don't think so. I want my money back.
