    I paid ******* ******* 229.90 via Zelle for an online purchase. Her email is michele*******[email protected]. A week later they sent me a link for a delivery service I never heard of. This service then told me to pay them 500$ for insurance and they would drop off my package and tell me how to get my 500$ back. I told them I wanted an official business email with stated policy on the insurance and refund afterwards. They would not provide this. They texted me via phone # ###-###-####. I texted ******* ******* at # ###-###-#### that I wanted a full refund for a product that was never delivered. This was the number I was texted from when this all started when I first wanted to purchase ammo from them. They would only take payment via Zelle or a cash app. I have emailed and texted them multiple times with no response. The senders name and email from my supposed tracking number I was sent was ***** *******. *********@gmail.com Their business address off this tracking site was ***** ********* Ave Suite *** Temecula, CA *****. I paid them 30$ shipping with the purchase and was quite clear I was not sending another 500$ via Zelle for a supposed insurance payment which would be refunded but I was not going to be given anything official from a business email. I was told "Just trust Me". The supposed delivery company was Swift Global Logistics Service. My tracking # AWB*********145-SGA. The address I found for them was **** **** St Denver, CO *****. The contact # their was ###-###-####. They did not answer my call but instantly texted me after I hung up.

    These are pictures of my payment via Zelle to ******* *******. They did not send a receipt. She texted me that she received the payment. This is from my Chase online banking. Would you like me to send a picture of the text message where she confirms she got my payment?
