      Dated julyn30 2024 ****** Looking on offer up for artificial grass, came across there add. The guy selling on sale team text/message me. He said the item I inquired on was just like the picture I agreed to purchaser. But several times I asked him if the item look like that. He said it was used 1 day only. When I got the item delivered it was very old. Rotted when you pick it up it was filthy, had holes, tears, and the guy who was going to install said that grass was a few years old.He said it looked worst then my grass we had pulled up 2 weeks prior I contact via message the guy and told him, sent pics and he said other customers said the same thing. Okay, becuits old.Nothing like picture, told him to come get it, and refund my money.We put it out front for easy access, the. He called as and began to be rude saying he dont have to refund me. Its on receipt. I got a receipt emailed days after I paid He told. E I could refund via text as he numerous times said what I was getting is in the,********** including the grass I Recieved a nd the picture he advertises Also, note he has never responded since, I asked for a manager or owner never heard back. I could have paid a few more dollars for new, but if you see the grass it looks nice and new.Why would I waste my hard earned money

      This email is in response to complaint ********. We received the notice past the response date and were instructed to email response directly to you.

      Customer was unhappy with the purchase. We were more than willing to give the customer a refund, but they picked up the product and did not return it.

      We do not do delivery, only will call or deliveries coordinated with a third party. Customer proceeded to demand that we pick it up which is not within our abilities and chose to proceed with a chargeback on their credit card vs returning the product. Supporting documentation attached
