    - Talked with **** at B and R Buggies about having my vw sand rail rebuilt after my transmission went out and was told to wait a month until dropping the car off.- Dropped the car off 7/29/2023 - Was told i needed to give him a deposit to get the process started gave him $5,000 7/29/2023 - The plan agreed upon was to fully redo the car to get it running properly with a IRS mid engine transmission from the old swing axle with all necessary parts and fabricating to get it done. With a new oil cooling system as well as fully rewiring the electrical system of the car and redoing the dash system and a new roof panel with 2 new sets of tires for sand and hardpack.- I have been told more than ten times the car will be done within a month and this has dragged on for more than a year and a half with just more and more excuses with barley any progress as shown in pictures. car has been moved out of his shop to the nearby shop and used as a table for other cars parts. doesn't respond to my texts and has began to worry me about the car. I asked for a refund over a year ago and for my car back and he said he couldn't. I want my car back how it was left with the money that was given with no progress.They have not tried to resolve any problems or reach out to me.
