    The worst experience I ever had with an establishment! Very poor customer service. I logged in as a walk-in patient past 2pm I waited patiently for my name to come and around 3:45 one of the technician named ***** announced if any one is there for drug testing after that I raised my hand and told her that I am there as a walk in patient she told me that I am fine just to wait. I waited till about 4:15 the last person who was left in the clinic named ******** approached me that I have to leave and make an appointment or come back because she cannot see me anymore because the specimen guy is already there. After waiting that long I was just being told that I am waiting for nothing and this lady was not very pleasant had an attitude because I brought up my frustration with her after waiting that long. She turned her back and told me to wait again and scoffing. I waited again patiently and gave her the benefit that she will try to accommodate me or maybe even make me feel better but to no avail she just kept me waiting at around 5pm she came out and told me that I have to come back that she cannot see me I told her that I don't intend to get seen anymore and that I just want to explain myself why I am so frustrated but instead of hearing me out she gave me an attitude that no one should ever have experienced after this ordeal that I had to go through. She was acting more of child having temper tantrums. This is un acceptable!!!
