    CEP failure to provide me with eyeglasses but stated for me to have cataract surgery performed. you have cataracts, dont worry, i wont turn you into the **** but i am not even going to attempt to give you a prescription for glasses. called me Monday before surgery "You owe us money" . I have the receipt from January 5th for the eye surgery. Since the coordinator did not have my finances, I asked if they had my medical records and EKG, there was no confirmation from CEP until wednesday, the day before surgery they did not have pre op. ************** / CEP also ordered my medications through the Murrieta Valley surgery center pharmacy and did not give me the option of ordering it through my pharmacy. Save On at Albertsons. asking for reimbursement of medications required for a surgery i did not have , nor will ever use
