    My daughter whom is a minor was accompanied by my grandmother during a hair appointment. My daughter was taken advantage of, manipulated, and then forced into telling the stylist that she loved her hair outcome when she actually was very unhappy about her hair outcome. Her hair is not anything that she requested - its ORANGE vs sun kissed highlights. Karissa has been extremely unprofessional and non compliant - ignoring my requests for refund, and blocking us via social media platforms. My daughter spent her hard earned money ($350), and her hair is completely opposite of what she asked Karissa to do. She repeatedly told my daughter girl - I got you making it very misleading for a minor to understand the costs. She was quite shocked when $350 was unleashed at the end of the appointment. She will NOT touch my daughters hair as she took complete advantage of her, and I am solely wanting a refund so her hair can be fixed.
