    This company came to diagnose a problem with my gas stove. The tech seemed unprepared to fix or diagnose the is***. After about an hour of not checking any of the components with any tools except a temperature gun and s**** gun, he went to his truck for about 30 min. came back with a quote of $ ****** . he then departed and I called the office and tried to discuss my is*** with the service manager who proceeded to raise his voice and threaten to *** me and waste all my time and money fighting this problem. I then hung up on him. About an hour or so later I called back and tried to have a calmer conversation where he continued to argue loudly, and claim I was stealing from him personally. I decided at that time to end the conversation. I was only trying to dispute the service charge of $ ***** which I believed to be excessive considering there was not any real diagnosis of the problem that was described in the service call description.

    Trying to get washing machine fixed for three weeks, stood us up the first appointment, ordered a part, quoted huge price, sent out a kid, didn’t look old enough to drive two times. He “can’t fix it” after both four hour attempts, but destroyed the agitator and took the broken parts out in his tool box. Now I’m guessing his boss who was supposed to be here an hour ago won’t show, and we have a four year old GE pile of junk! The worst company I’ve ever dealt with!
