On October ******* I went into the Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging for a mammogram. I paid an additional $40 for an AI mammogram. I paid cash and received a receipt. I sat there for 2 hours past my appointment so I decided to leave because they were so behind. I went back to the person that took my $40 cash and told her I was going to reschedule for a different day. She did not know how to give me my cash back but she told me it would transfer to my next appointment. As I was driving home I doubted that so I called the billing department and asked for a refund. She told me it would take 30 days. She saw the receipt and it showed and she could see I didn't get my mammogram. On December 2, 2024 I called to ask about my refund. They said they needede to send a copy of the receipt via email. I did that right after hanging up with the billing department. She also tried to say it was my fault because I didn't ask for a manager. Normally I would but I was so irritated that I had sat there for 2 hours for my appointment and had not been seen. Plus their employee told me it would transfer. I went to their ******** location for my mammogram. I went there December 31, 2024. The gal there saw that I had paid $40 on October 28th and she also knew I didn't get my mammogram. I paid the $40 via a debit card at the ******** location. She voided the $40 from October and charged me the $40 for my December visit. She said this would get me my refund. I called the billing department again and sent them the receipts. They tried to tell me the employee could not voud the October payment but she did and you can see it on the receipt that they have in their system. I have called so many times and I still don't have my refund that I was told would take 30 days. I want my money back.

I went to get service from this company for a mammogram. The places charged me 309.36 on 9/9/22. To later find out that my insurance had covered the expenses on September 14. I have been contacting there billing team called radnet for two months and yet to refund the amount. I keep getting told it will be escalated to a supervisor and it never happens. The agents cannot ever get you a supervisor because there is one available at the moment. I would like to get help on my refund since I’ve been patiently waiting for almost two months now. And tu complaint about there horrible business practices.
